Background

The Academy for Global Citizenship (AGC) is a public charter school on the Southwest Side of Chicago. Its innovative and holistic approach to education aims to foster systemic change and inspire the way society educates our future generations. Span designed a bold new identity for AGC that reflects the innovation of its educational model. This new identity was used as the basis for this website.

Goal

A smooth digital experience that supports the dual language need of the students and their families, while serving as an information hub for donors and faculty.

Process

Work with stakeholders to determine the proper hierarchy of all site content, develop a sitemap and design three distinct creative directions in figma, hand-off final design files to the developer, website quality assurance check before launch, and content entry.

Outcome

A live site that facilitates the enrollment process for prospective families, a centralized location of information for current students, and a place to tell AGC’s story to potential collaborators.
